WINTER MOVE is a FOUR-DAY Dance Intensive. Each year the artists and company members of FREEMOVE DANCE gather in beautiful BOISE, IDAHO to lead classes and share their passion for dance.
Dancers (ages 9+) will spend FOUR intense and rewarding days exploring and challenging their technical and artistic abilities. WINTER MOVE is the result of Jenn’s long standing mission to host a workshop experience created specifically for the thriving dance community in Idaho in hopes to connect them with other artists across the U.S.
Dancers will broaden their abilities, create new bonds, and grow as emerging artists. Led by FREEMOVE DANCE Artistic Director, Jenn Freeman, and the company members of FREEMOVE DANCE, classes will be offered in: ballet, contemporary, warm-up techniques, floor work, partnering, jazz, hip-hop, and musical theater. An evening of improvisational technique and exploration will also be included at the ImprovLAB.
FREEMOVE DANCE artists in attendance: Jenn Freeman (Artistic Director, NYC), Chelsea Thedinga (NYC), Matt Luck (LA), Maddison Burg (LA), Mia DeWeese (NYC), Barry Gans (NYC) and Christopher Ralph (NYC)
